Cash Flow in Houston Texas?

Hello all,

I’m very very new to real estate investing and looking to start out here in Houston TX. Ideally, I’d like to buy and hold for cash flow and generate passive income. I’ve stumbled upon bigger pockets and watched some videos but I’m yet to get a deal let alone make any offer. Anyone here has some insights into the Houston market? Any additional guidance for a newbie will be really appreciated.

Houston has been a great market, even though taxes and insurance continue to rise. You just have to know what you're looking for.
