I didn't even know they could do that.They are the shadiest people I have ever been forced to work with and I wouldn't wish them on my worst enemy.

Looks like these people would stay with me a few years, and I expect school taxes to go up that much each year.

., they have re-zoned my property as residential/commercial use which evidently was their solution for people not getting the permits but puts me into an entirely different tax structure. 

I advise people to hold property forever unless they can move the money into another investment that produces a greater return or moves them closer to their goals.
