My friend recently got me into the idea of real estate and I am beyond excited to get started.

We all agree its the best decision we ever made.So find some like minded people, everybody should know which end of a hammer to hold, everybody should probably have good credit scores, and you should be able to trust everybody you are involved with.Writing that got me more excited for my first blog entry!  

Before you get excited about throwing your loan at an investment there are a few things I would recommend you do first. 1).

That is exciting the hear new investors achieving their goals.

I signed up on Bigger Pockets several months ago and as I have followed the posts, webcasts, and read recommended books have become excited to start investing in real estate in Anchorage, AK.  

The F35s are moving into Eilson Airforce base in a year or two and there seems to be a lot of excitement here from the real estate community.

I recently became a member of Bigger Pockets and I'm excited at what this site has to offer.

A lot of recent activity with a mix of veteran members as well as new/young members, along with in depth content with community support.I am excited to join a community that seems like a mix of knowledgeable, supportive, and positive people.

My husband and I are in the process of looking for a multi-family home to owner occupy & we're really excited about it.This is just the beginning.
