Hello, I'm seeking recommendations for great contractors who service Little Village, Chicago 60623 to assist with the following needs:- roofers for a pitched roof- replace floorboards in attic- fix ceiling with water damage- minor wall repair and painting- tuck pointing- junk removal- a reliable handyman!

I feel that I have to do that before letting a Managment/ contracting team assist.

Seek out seasoned investors in your area & see how you can assist, learn & get a piece of some deals.

I am offering my sevices to you whether its just me assisting you and whatever work that need to be done.

That closing cost assistance alone would take you more than 8 years to achieve in the interest reduction alone if you walked from the deal. 

Who knows, maybe we will all be eligible for some kind of federal assistance.  

There might be a need for some assistance before this implodes on some landlords who rent to the service types.

With values rising double digit percentages each year for a lot of reasons, even as value growth slows, rents will eventually catch up.
