Jump a few weeks later and today I was dropping off some boxes to store in the basement prior to the move.

All those people will likely have no idea what's going on in the other departments.

Could the water department be playing catchup on my bill?

(Industrial Arts)  Former craft and hobby store owner,  siding and roofing contractor, and tax preparer.  

I previously worked for Sears Hardware, Lawn & Garden lead, but paint department was right next to me, Kilz was the #1 primer sold and always needed to be re-stocked. 

In my big box home improvement stores the luan board is in the same aisle as the lumber, plywood and particle board. 

So even with low crime, you have a limited, seriously low income tenant pool because who wants to live there if the schools suck, there is no hospital or large grocery store......and no jobs.

I can try with the store manager tomorrow.  

Realistically, the only thing I can think of is to try to find a house to buy within the next week to move into and store all my furniture and stuff.
