Hey guys, there are tons of wordpress themes out there.Tons are free.Lots cost money.I figure that there are so many free ones that there are bound to be plenty of slick looking themes that are well diversified and functional.Does anyone have a vote for a theme that has worked great for them or one that is super functional and customizable?

This is an active rental area with young families due to the good schools, decent rent prices and nice community with plenty of activities and local pool, skate park, tennis courts, shopping, etc.Homes still rent in the summer, if you are looking for a year round renter.

No idea, I just won't do it on a sq. ft. basis, unless it's an unfinished house that a contractor bailed out on.Sq. footage does not take into consideration the functionality of a property, a 2 brd is not like a 4 bdr, but the 2 bdr could be bigger.

There is a book called Buy Low, Rent High, Sell High, or something like that, that will guide you through the structure of the deal in regards to the functional aspects of purchase, operation and selling strategies.
