BRRR are impossible to get under a VA but using the method above it is possible and paying 6 months worth of PMI in order to make deal seems worth it to me.

You're absolutely correct and you should do your vetting of the PM company before you refer someone over to them especially when you're getting paid a fee.

@Julia ParslowYou are correct that the contingent deferred sales charge may not apply if you have had the annuity for a certain number of years; however both federal, and depending on your state of residence, state taxes will apply if you take a distribution.
