In 100+ unit apartment complexes, the actual deals come through brokers, and are not posted on websites.

There is definitely more complexity than I had thought through. 

Apartment complexes?

Its a bit complex so any recommendations for a RE knowledgeable counsel is appreciated. 

I am a 24 year old young professional who has spent the last couple years working property management for a 512 unit complex in Folsom.

Prices are sky rocketing, priced are too high and the tycoons are taking up every sq ft for complexes and condos.

Just because Grand Cardone says you need to buy appartment complexes doesn't mean you have to do it.

And if the tenant stops paying rent, you may have to go through the eviction process (although it may be somewhat less complex with an unoccupied unit).Another viable option may be to negotiate a settlement amount for breaking the lease.

I see myself either focusing on cash flowing SFRs all over the country as they come up or making a larger move for a remote apartment complex (8+ units).
