that had the skinniest neck ever and we had to throw it out cause it was always getting clogged up with paper, and the cheap glacier bay toilet neck seemed wider and gave no problems since.

I check and change every 2-3 months, that way I know its done and get to check, avert any other issues, besides at between $6-12 per unit per year, its a cheap insurance policy and I personally collect rent at half the properties myself, so already there!

Find out more about exactly what he will be doing (I mean there are even little cheap emergency back up pumps at HD for 150 bucks--but the 3/4 makes me think you are moving some water and this may have some larger work behind it)..

Heck, for a fairly cheap, ready made training manual you could even throw 20 bucks (or 5 bucks used) at a few used copies of a book like Landlording (Robinson), Property Management for Dummies, or Nolo has a new one coming out (disclosure, I have an interest there).
