If certain candidate wins, who proposes elimination of student debt, free education, and free healthcare, then we are sure to have a recession. 

If it's not a back-back turnover, that's just a dead day for me so offering it as an add-on day's a win-win for both guests and me. 

It's considered a "feature," like a swimming pool or "bonus room." 

A bonus would be if there is a real estate meetup that we could attend while visiting.

A bonus might be having a good CRM installed and also ability to set up multi-touch campaigns etc.  

If you do figure out an arbitrage strategy, you will make some temporary profits but eventually the computers will detect your wins and start front-running your trades.It helps to have an advanced degree in Math/Physics/Statistics, access to sophisticated simulation software to back-test your trading strategies, and the intestinal fortitude of a Navy Seal :)

In real estate, this means that I would like to operate using win-win partnerships, where investments can be used for my personal financial gain, but can also contribute to improving communities, enhancing community health and building community resilience and prosperity.
