Lead Generation (mail lists) Sources - REILeadPro; ReboGateway &?

looking for a good all around lead source for investor mail lists so open to suggestions not mentioned above....Probate, Evictions, Divorce, Expired Listings, and more.  My county may NOT have some data, such as Divorce...i live in Tarrant Co., Tx. If the resource also helps with the mail out, even better (REI Lead Pro does that, but not sure if i can upload my own design or even MORE importantly, DOWNLOAD the list to MY computer so i can use someone else for printing-plan on trying out their free trial).

Also Filtering the data thru as many filters as possible is important too.  A bonus might be having a good CRM installed and also ability to set up multi-touch campaigns etc.  

OVERALL - I need it to be more automated so that i can concentrate on other aspects of my business.  Any help appreciated!  I tried searching for these products mentioned, and didn't see much.  The ReiLeadPro is pretty new (Dec 2015 launch).

PS Where should i get my marketing materials created and/or mailed besides GoBig Printing?
