There is a lot of planned investment in PCB, Dolly Parton, the Margaritaville development, Top Golf, in addition to all the things to do there.  

You have to ask yourself how likely the business plan is to yield the realization event in a 2- year timeframe.

I figured this would create some possibility of buying dirt cheap land in heavily affected areas and maybe holding until people rebuild around it and being the value back up maybe??

I do plan on using my realtors to purchase my next home, so while they would be losing out on commission for the sale of this home, they would get commission a second time from me (they helped me buy this property im selling).

I plan to make this my primary residence until I get feel stable again and rent out the spaces to the mid term market.

To purchase it, I would be using equity from my primary home which I plan on renting out.

It’s my personal opinion, and not legal or financial advice, that if I were you I’d plan to start out with one or two conventional loans where if you’re house hacking you can get the low down payments.
