I scoped out the property a few days ago and it could attract tenants as is, but a cosmetic overhaul could make this a lucrative investment. 

That is why, I am been looking at USA property market and it seems very attractive now specially in cities like Tampa, Jacksonville in Florida Dallas, Houston, Austin in Texas and some others located in Ohio.

I like undermanaged buildings, like the one that you have your eye on, because the first year is good equity increase by doing the improvements and attracting good tenants, getting the best rents for the area.

I utilize their expertise in attracting the best tenants and achieving the maximum possible rents at the time and with the property's condition.

More supply than demand means property owners may have to lower their rent and/or their standards to attract tenants and lease a property.

The city is also making strides to grow its already attractive downtown area with the revitalized Waterside opening earlier this year.

If you let this guy stay and continue with the way he has been doing "his life" then the only other type of tenant you will attract is ones just like him.
