Hello BP,

I am looking for financing  ideas and would like to hold my cash. Currently I have four multi-units fifteen units total all purchased within the past five years cash flowing very nice, low turns, very little vacancy, well kept and run tight. Each property was purchased with conventional loans 20% to 30% down the first two have grown in equity the later two only slightly. I will stay with three to four unit buildings. Which  financer would I be most attractive to?
