Waiting can add anxiety and self-doubts but once you start you will realize the fears are not as bad as reality.

He does Cold Calling and he gets 3 leads every 2 months.

Many of my friends who run real estate teams hire on part time people to do cold calls and follow up on leads.

Perhaps even send out mailers, cold call, or door knock properties of potential motivated sellers.
