La Jolla- How to Work in Real Estate while in University

Does anyone know if there is any kind of work that investors who are rehabbing and flipping would be willing to pay a college student for? Or where this kind of work could be found? I am trying to find work in La Jolla, California that would be similar to this but if that’s not possible, I would be just willing to kind of shadow under someone who is doing that. My goal is to learn what I can about flipping and potentially make some wage that I can save up to eventually start my own flipping projects and get into bigger investments down the road.
