I look much older now :) I wish I had started at 21 and I envy you for starting at such a young age :) It's easy to get distracted at a young age because you have so much going on, but as long as you stay focused on your goal, you will do great.

Im very different from people my age.

The age of system (might be worth salvaging something relatively new with a gas gun or might be better to completely replace something really old).

A new-age take on failed ventures, I guess.

I'm married with two young boys (8 and 11 years old) Currently, I'm a full time pastor of a thriving, contemporary church made up of mostly young folks (college age and below) as well as young families.

Next, I check beds/bath, age, construction style, amenities (garage spaces, pool, view, etc.) and find the ones most similar to the subject house.

Or, do you have any friends and family at retirement age who need to pull funds out of their 401Ks but don't need the cash and would be willing to loan to you or partner with you?

My situation may be a little easier because my employers have always been US companies and I can provide verification for everything.
