I am looking at purchasing a property along a busier road, but which sits considerably far back of the street. It is a nice-sized property. Can anyone share their experience on flipping properties like this?

When you check comps, make sure you are looking at houses that have sold on that street, not just at houses set back in the neighborhood. The price for a house on a main street can be very different than a house one street back.
