No matter how old, if they have an unpaid judgment, this is an indication they feel entitled and will not fix things they break and will feel they can just ignore debts if they get in a tough spot in the future past performance is the best predictive of future success.Once again, I am SO happy to be landlording in Virginia.

I am a vash tenant looking to relocate to Virginia, I find it harder to find landlords in some areas, What is the best site to find rentals, or where do landlords in Virginia post rentals, in my area its go section 8 but wondering where do you advertise in Va?

What should I know abt hiring a va in another country?

I live in Oakland,  CA and was researching fees and taxes of starting an LLC in Virginia where i plan to buy property.  

We both have VA entitlement, and his was available, so we used the VA. 

Look to see if a city is building transit or other options and capitalize on those areas (see Northern Virginia and D.C. for examples).  

It's right down the street from a brew house and (what seems to be a) VA hospital.

Anything in cities like (I'm mostly listing them at this point to hit keyword alerts) Williamsburg, Newport News, Hampton, Norfolk, Virginia Beach, Portsmouth, Cheasapeake, Suffolk, Franklin, Windsor, Smithfield, Poquoson, Isle of Wight.
