Small multi-family (2-4 units) buy & hold investment in Milwaukee.

Purchase price: $260,000
Cash invested: $35,000
Sale price: $260,000

Beautiful 4 Unit in South Milwaukee in Grant park along the Lake front area close to the beach

What made you interested in investing in this type of deal?

iam interested in this business cause real state is a great investment option, it has a high tangible asset value and will always increase over time.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

i found it in a lot of researches, been proactive and having a very good real state agent.

How did you finance this deal?

through a VA loan

How did you add value to the deal?

making rehabbing and upgrading units,

What was the outcome?

Still holding and increasing value

Lessons learned? Challenges?

Still learning every day how to manage, trying to be a better manager and make tenants happier in there homes. Trying to learn how to do projects and get construction projects done at quality levels.
