It's a four plex in Pittsburgh, PA (I'm based in South Florida).

I believe that the Southern States (Texas, South Carolina, Tennessee, New Mexico) are all good buys right now, However, I am not so sure about the number of foreclosures there.

You could find incredible deals here in South Florida.

Some of my best friends have over stayed their travel visas here from various Eastern Europen countries and a few from South America.
