I am happy I was to able to add value, to your REI Endeavors. 

There're a lot of ways to make money out there, you don't have to do this if you're not happy doing it.

I rented for 1 year last year and was happy to be able to buy this condo here over the summer. 

We now partner with a wholesaler that looks at the property, inside and out and does the rehab for us and split the profit when the property sells, we have a strong relationship that works well for us and we are happy with the results.  

I would highly suggest building rapport with realtors in your area they will be happy to put any deal together for you!
