Listing Agent calls me in anger

Hello I'm Anthoney Perkins and I'm a fairly new wholesaler here in North California. I recently compiled a long list of for-sale -buy owner addresses in my market area. I then mailed off my yellow letter campaign to the owners and I received a phone call from a listing agent that was not pleased with me sending a letter to her client. She asked me why I didn't call her directly and if I knew the house was listed on her website. I told her that I wasn't aware of the listing on the website. I told her that I was an investor and would possibly be interested in buying the house. She laughed and said email her my proof of funds and to contact her only and hung up the phone. My question is , Should I even consider working out a possible deal with this listing agent? Her dismissive attitude took me by suprise. The house is a distressed 2 bed / 2 bath  890 sq ft and asking price is 79k.

@Anthoney Perkins Weird that it is only listed on her personal website and that it's listed as FSBO on several other sites. I think she needs to do a better job marketing her listings before getting snappy with people on the phone lol
