This is about as close to campus as I would like to be - about 35 - 40% of the houses on Kitchen are still owner occupied, so it is peaceful compared to Windsor and Graham.While we will still acquire a dobie or duplex in the Kitchen-Chestnut-Reid-Palmer-Mitchell area when an opportunity presents itself {we maintain a database of all the owner-occupied houses which still have their original postwar inhabitants}, an ideal property for us these days is 8 - 24 units in size.
