Hello BP member, I recently moved to dallas and already own some rental property in MN but market here looks better and have a few places im currently looking at purchasing for rentals in dallas and would like a more experienced investor within this market to give me some insight and 2 cents on the specific properties im looking at.

I have a deal in Dallas, Tx 75220 zipcode in the Berkshire subdivision coming up off market only.  

I work near DFW airport, and have been commuting from near Upper Greenville in Dallas.

If so why did you opt for Dallas over SA, Houston, ect?

Hey guysI have a question, im doing the BRRRRI have off property investment in Dallas in really good area. so i know appreciation in 3-5 years will be great for example.purchase: 325-330K , ARV: 460-480K. rental $2800I wanted to ask, it is always needed that rent will cover that expanses,, most of the time today it is very hard to get it.I like DFW market since appreciation there is good and area developing and also i used to live there.What do you think will be best, flip in this case or do BRRRR and wait for appreciation and keep the property in a good neighborhood.
