North Dallas/Fort Worth Portfolio Lenders / Small Banks

Hey guys,

I just finished my first deal on a 4-plex in Mansfield and currently shopping around for investor friendly banks.  I currently do not have a W-2 job so having a hard time finding a lender other than hard money.  I prefer a bank in the lewisville/denton area but within 50 miles is ok too.  

Any help would be appreciated!
