I always suggest that you get some of their customers who also own rentals that you can call as references for their timeliness and quality of their work as well as cost effectiveness. 

I'd probably even consider sitting on land like that and building a couple of custom homes in the future.

The rooms and baths are very nice, some impressive, with custom details, around $150/night. 

Find the type of asset that suits you and get really good at serving your customers, in a geographic area that makes sense.
