I've brought it down to 4 main cities I am thinking of doing business in: Baltimore, MD, Indianapolis, IN, Columbus, OH, and Milwaukee, WI.

Have 3 properties in Columbus, OHIO and 2 in Rochester, NY.

I say this because bank owned houses are cheap enough in Columbus to buy with cash or at your tax sale.
