Looking for a mentor/partnership in Columbus

I have been in real estate for about 1 year now. I have had substantial success with working with investors. The investment side of real estate really interests me. I am looking to begin marketing 3000-5000 mailers a month to targeted lists to start growing this side of my business as well as the traditional sales that I can get in real estate.

I am looking for someone that is looking to add to their lead pipeline or looking to mentor someone who has at least 10 wholesale deals under their belt. Please pm me.
