Hello there, Decided to move my remote real estate portfolio to Charlotte. Have 3 properties in Columbus, OHIO and 2 in Rochester, NY. A little worried about sale process and price. Any comments or suggestion of where and what to invest in Charlotte area will be welcome.

Thanks @Mehran K. , I started investing in these properties while I was out of country and worked through a brokers (unfortunately), and now I have started working directly with a broker. I am a little worried due to the remote nature of the transaction.
