I am in California and wanted to know if there are any grants to assist forst time home buyers.

The problem is my prior network is from California.  

I know from my holdings in other cities, that most property managers are terrible.  

I'm currently living in San Mateo but am interested in purchasing a duplex or multifamily home in the city.

The great part of my city is that we have more people coming in to fill the units on the market.As for your area and question, I would guess it just depends on the value.
