Looks like there has been an issue with NIBCO tubing and PEX before per NIBCO Tubing, Fittings, and Clamps Class Action Settlement - Class Action (classactionsettlementguide.com)There is no active leak and there are other homes in the neighborhood built by the same builder and used Nibco Plex.

Hi,we just purchased a SFH in Austin that is only a few years old, however, has builder grade brown carpet that is generally OK once cleaned but thinking I want to replace all the carpet with good quality laminate now as this will be a long term rental and would reduce cleaning and fixing on each turn.

The reason I mention this is because I’m been researching the booming town of Broken Bow, Oklohama and the prices for buying a cabin straight up is pricier in this market than just buying the lot and getting a builder to build it for you.
