I've read you must of course give the tenant a notice 30 days prior.

If you plan on short term rentals for condos in those area, make sure you do your due diligence!

-Garages would be a nice addition, but I would think you need to check the surrounding places and see if that would be a huge step up or not.

And over the years, pool maintenance, lawn maintenance and other such expenses, just kept going up.I got the rent numbers from looking at comps, and this assumes I have a tenant 100% of the year, which is probably way optimistic.Please let me know what you think.
