They are so cheaper than HD or Lowes, and basically have same materials with better selection.

I am asking for quotes on labour only, with the contractors to pick up materials and be reimbursed for them, other than specified finishes that I will select and bring to the site.In the past, on my long term hold properties, I have scheduled many contractors to come with 30-60min windows, and waited around all done.

We've seen that model be successful all around town.You also run into the issue of HPRs - you are taking 50 foot wide lots that used to have one wide house on it and instead are building two narrow, taller houses.

I also selected an 18" dishwasher instead of a 24", so it's more narrow and bang into the drawer handles as it opens.Do you guys see any issues here?
