We could not find any additional records of the basement being properly finished.If you can provide any further building records in regards to the basement being properly finished the Town could look into those.I tried to call the code official who sent me the email a few times and didn't get a reply. 

And so no - I wouldn't provide a prospective tenant with a copy of my driver's license.If I'm showing them one of my apartments it should be fairly obvious I'm not some random scammer and if it was some out of town person wanting to rent (which in the past I've rented to prior to meeting them) and they wanted proof I would perhaps send them a page from the closing paperwork verifying I purchased the property but there's no way I'm sending them a copy of my I.D. that shows my home address. 

(Don't keyword stuff, but make sure your market update video title has your town name and state and other relevant terms in it.)Niching can work but frankly it had better be a darn huge or high end niche.

I'm grateful that it's provided my family a home for the last 5yrs and now we're able to move to a better part of town..All thanks to this house providing the funds for the 20%.

I'm in the Kansas City area and my property is in a rural town close to KC. 

When I went it was the original campus in old town Scottsdale, but it has now relocated to a new campus near the 101 and Talking Stick.

However, while holding this property for a year (positive cashflow by the way) I soon realized the town I live was not the place I wanted to invest long term.

In really crappy parts of town and far away from where I was working at the time.

I'm interested in KC meetups, but will be out of town next week.
