Private Lending Advise
I have just purchased our first flip property, I'm using our HELOC for the purchase and I will need an additional 40-50K for the rehab. I'm looking for advise on whether I should look at private lending or where I should go. I'm quite certain a traditional bank will not work for this one. I'm in the Kansas City area and my property is in a rural town close to KC. Any help is appreciated.
Thanks,
Mark
