I think that I and anyone that partners of fund my projects would be come a very successful and profitable  team.

I'm fairly new to the industry, but am supported by a great team at the Denver Homes Group.As a new member I look forward to contributing to the community my thoughts and experiences but am really excited to learn from the pros on BiggerPockets.

We have a great team of support staff. 

I researched 6-7 providers and found quite a bit of differences but all had a pretty good product and what seamed like a good management team. 

I do have a suggestion for @Joshua Dorkin, @Brandon Turner, the podcasts team, I guess you are aware of the tremendous transcendence of all this, I am sure for many years from now, a lot of people will plan their future based in part on your podcasts, just as I am doing, so, right now I am listening to all of them, and some times I feel a litter lost in time, I'll appreciate more time references, I think they are as important as spacial references. 

I would be hesitant to team up with friends unless they are bringing something to the table that you don't have.

Were looking to buy land, build, sell in Palmdale Westside but not sure about project team and funding for those projects. 

with that said I'm not sure you really need to do that, you can easily hire on a firm and use their expertise and connections as a team member to accomplish what you want, if you find good enough deals out there people will lend you the money!

Hi @Travis Benham - I am all for honesty, especially with those that you are relying on as part of your team, such as lenders and Realtors.
