Greetings everyone,

I am currently based in NYC, looking to invest in Ohio in particular near metro areas, i hear that Dayton, Columbus and Cleveland are areas worth paying attention, thoughts?

My team & I are heavily involved in the Cleveland market. When looking into an area it is good to get an idea of the different types of neighborhoods and asset classes that you could buy and the types of tenants that come along with those.
