I started the 75 hour course, and while studying I came across a potential hitch in my plans, specifically this clause in my text:"It should be noted that salespersons and associate brokers may never hold officer positions (or have officer titles in a corporation) orpositions as a general partner in either a general partnership or limited partnership"I spoke to one of my family members who is an agent, and unfortunately, he couldn't clear that up for me, as he is not an investor.

I believe that if I study the information on biggerpockets and I take the right actions I will find success in time. 

The plan would be to hire property management.What case studies can the BP community provide for structuring such an arrangement?

Like many other people, I was first inspired to study real estate investing when I listened to the Rich Dad Poor Dad audiobook by Robert Kiyosaki.

Went to UCLA to study Mechanical Engineering.

What are your goals (10x and long term) start from there and work your way backward.Also, if you are going to study at university... look into buying a house nearby.

Make sure you attend a few meetups and network as well as study all the free content here on BP.

We gather for study groups weekly and have monthly workshops.

Make every attempt to take action while maintaining your studies.
