But our particular focus is near the Med Center area, for the reason of Job Growth and almost recession proof economy centered around Aging populations needing more health care.Houston is adding 30,000+ jobs to the Med Center over the next 3 years so any type of investing ahead of that job growth is expected to be positive in the longer term.Do you invest in Houston?

it has a clear title with no liens, etc. so i'm just asking for anyone's help in figuring out if i should go ahead and try to purchase, and if so, any tips on obtaining the funds...or if this really isn't a good deal and i should move on.Thank you all in advance for any comments/advice you share!
