Instead of planning ahead for the next cycle, they squeezed every dime out of their truck and SUV divisions.

But our particular focus is near the Med Center area, for the reason of Job Growth and almost recession proof economy centered around Aging populations needing more health care.Houston is adding 30,000+ jobs to the Med Center over the next 3 years so any type of investing ahead of that job growth is expected to be positive in the longer term.Do you invest in Houston?
