I love everything you guys are doing and the content you put out.My site and YouTube channel are centered around personal finance, success strategies, and will eventually include content on my real estate journey as well.

My brother, who has the better credit and some cash flow, would like to join me on this journey to build on our cash flow and eventually invest in Multifamily properties.

I don't mind taking over the loan, but I would prefer to keep the loan amount relatively the same in the event any challenges      were to come up with my first investment as I am just starting this journey.

I have been doing research into becoming a loan officer to learn the financial/loan side of REI while also having a stable income to start my investing journey, but don't have the loan/banking experience that most banks or mortgage companies look for when hiring either an assistant or LO, if there's any info or advice as how I can get started or what to look for when searching for a job in this particular field.

You CAN hire a handyman or contractor type to do a lot of the things that Nathan calls out above, yet at the end of the day the trick is how to compel them over and over again to act on your behalf in a way consistent with your best interest.It's a rare situation to find, train, and retain a contractor to do such things and do them well.It's quite common to find a savvy, well-train, systematic Property Management company who can do these things well, and they should add other value to your investment journey, too.
