Walk through/Site check when managing remote

Marko Kustudia
Posted

I was wondering what are some options as far has having feet on the ground when a property is being turned over and needs a walk through or site inspection. I have a LTR in Vegas that I may try managing from another state. I won't be around during transition times so need someone locally to help. Would a house keeper or handy person be the way to go or someone else?

Thanks!

Hey @Marko Kustudia, What I would recommend is someone you can obviously trust. This is a good opportunity to expand your team and build a trusting relationship that way when you are looking to expand or liquidate you can do so. I have a good friend who is a realtor out there and I can connect you guys. Let me know.

Best of luck!
