New to BiggerPockets and looking to Network!

SO much to say, I will keep it short. I was introduced to Biggerpockets real estate podcast by an agent that helped me buy my first house. I asked what podcasts would be educational since I was in the process of becoming a Real Estate agent myself. So I started from the beginning... just reached episode 190!

I've been licensed for over 6 months now and am an active investor myself. As an agent my short term goals are to affiliate myself with active investors in the area and be as helpful as possible. By doing this, I would like the opportunity to learn how to evaluate all types of deals whether that be flipping, new construction, BRRRR deals or wholesaling. My longer term goal is to accumulate single family and multi family properties to start generating recurring income.

I have a strong idea of how the process will play out. As a newer investor, I will be actively looking for on market/off market deals. When I run into these deals I would like to work with veteran investors for the experience, since I might not have the knowledge as a new investor to make sure the deal is profitable. Education>Money.
