Hello,Generally if a property has some sort of deed restriction, there will be a document that has been recorded against the property in the county where the property is located.

An example that is sort of similar that comes to mind is… You have a tenant that is supposed to be doing the yard care… They don’t do it… You then notify them that they are violating the terms of the lease.
