Shot in Dark leads on short term Hard Money loans ?

So I will try and put my situation into a nutshell.
Have a home I am about to sell immediately.
Located in a non Bubble area near pretigious college in burbs of Philadelphia. Have at least 125,000 equity in it.
Pricing it aggressively. Simply purchase price plus improvement.

My problem is that I had HELOC fall thru and then a relative who was going to lend me the money instead died of heart attack earlier this month

So Im currently scambling to find a simple short term hard money loan.
I have looked for private lenders on craigslist.

Found one so far. But terms are high. I need 15-20,000 and was offering 25% return within 60-75 days or sale of my house.
(secured by 2nd lien or promissory note)
The private lender wants 100% return.

Staggering.
Does anyone have serious contacts or leads in my area for a private lender who can do this fast ?
