The practice in running analysis through the calculators itself is worth the upgrade.I live in North Jersey, but grew up in Brooklyn, NY. 

I was paying for Transunion at one point that said my score was around ~790 but when it was run through Transunion for WF it came back around ~745. 

There's a lot more than just running numbers.

Find a good real estate investor offer calculator and run your numbers to ensure you have good profit margins.

Also in the price range you are considering you are running a high risk of having a low quality experience.

Currently run as two units with the owner running his nonprofit in one unit and his convenience/grocery store in the next unit.He wants out of the property fast due to repeated armed robberies over the 20 years of ownership as well as overnight break ins requiring complete remodel of the front face of the building.

They run a nice operation over there.

I’ve been running through Podcast and now books since then, and finally took the plunge to join.

It is unfortunately considered in a flood plain (small creek running thru back part of property), but a lot of the land around this area is in a flood plain.  

My military training timeline would be an additional consideration when trying to run the project ourselves / with our parents.Any wholesalers out there!?
