Hi my BP friends - I am in need of a really good home inspector in the St. Louis area. I just got my first house under contract and have a contingency clause stating that we have the opportunity to perform inspections for our own due diligence. Does anyone have a particular Inspector or Company that does a really good thorough job? Many thanks in advance friends!
