Since I plan to use the FHA program, is it better to just go to a bank directly than to use a mortgage broker?

Really small parks have to be most of the time on direct billed city utilities in order for the deal to work.

If they are not co-brokered it could be just how it went down but it could also mean that your agent is entertaining only direct inquiries to earn full commission and is not interested in cooperating with other brokers in the market where the commissions will have to be split!  

The more experienced groups will list a property and direct you back to their website with some sort of form to sign up on their list.
