Always get the house in the range of the rent that you are already paying so that it won’t be heavy on you to pay the mortgage.

This developer is well-known and well-respected in our small town, so I am not as freaked out as I would be if I were dealing with a complete stranger, but the more you mention stuff the more I realize i have no idea what I am doing......thanks for trying to educate me!

In my area, the condo rent out very quickly for the price range of $1650 - $1700.

Rates and terms are generally in the 4.5% to 6.5% range or higher depending on the properties, loan amount and borrowers strength.  

It seems like multiple estimates provide the whole picture, and allow a "range" of possibilities.

Not only is this good practice, but over time you will earn their respect, which means you will earn their investment funds.
