Signed up for an online course...
and now I'm feeling pretty stoopid. I thought the $1k fee was fairly reasonable compared to another "big name" educational entity,(scam?) but once I started reading the free e-book, I began to sense that the "course" was gonna be nothing more than a video version of the book. Plus, it's mostly stuff that I think I already sorta have a handle on? I've been a RE agent in the past, Hubs in a General Contractor... we have two flips under our belt, both of which were under contract within 2 and 1 week, respectively. Even though I supposedly can get my money back even after taking the course... I don't feel that's right. It doesn't start for another 10+ days. I've emailed the company via their website. I've been on the fence about going Pro here at BP.... but I think, you guys are the ticket for us right now. And certainly more reasonable! will make the jump soon.
